Founded in 1998, the Brighton Rowing Club (BRC) is open to all high school-aged youth residing in or attending a school in Brighton. BRC is not a school-funded sport; there is a fee for each season and for each regatta. The Brighton Rowing Club rows out of the Genesee Valley Waterways Center on the Genesee River. Our club is dedicated to providing an opportunity for high school-aged youth to experience a cooperative, safe, instructional, and competitive rowing program.
