                  FALL '10 SWEEP REGATTA SCHEDULE

Expectations for regatta participants and parents:

All athletes are to be available for all regattas, unless by prior arrangement with coaches. Regatta non-availability must be negotiated with coaches a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of the regatta.  Parent Volunteers are needed to assist with Hospitality for local regattas.

-- Out of town regattas: Athlete transportation, lodging, and Hospitality tent will be arranged by BRC & included in the regatta fee.  Parent volunteers are needed as chaperones & to assist with Hospitality. All parents typically have the option to buy in to the team's transportation & lodging arrangments.

-- Local regattas: Athletes & parents provide their own transportation. Hospitality tent arranged by BRC & included in the regatta fee. Note that athletes attending a local regatta need to be present for the entire regatta in order to load/unload boats and cheer for their team mates.  It is not acceptable to just show up for your own races or leave before ALL boats are loaded.  Please plan transportation accordingly.
