Rowing on the Square will be hosting an online Brighton Burn Training Program to help Masters rowers chase a 1K PR or 2K PR -  with daily workouts, stretching, and strength/mobility all inside CrewLab. $10 for 3 months of workouts and support. You don’t have to train alone for this one. We’re doing it together.
